New to MPUA Forum

Just like to say that I purchased a nutrition plan $20 from Tbrady last week and received it.

It looks fantastic. The foods are interchangeable and I feel like i'm on the right path to getting better gains again.

If you feel like your giving it all in the gym and should be getting better gains I would highly recommend purchasing the nutrition package from him. I had no idea how little I was intaking per day to what I should have been taking. I just figured since I was getting 'X' amount of protein per day that I should be growing.

Def. not the case.

Thanks again Tbrady for the advice and the timely responses to all my e-mails.

your welcome! but i think most people are surprised when they first see what they should be taking in...our eyes are not a good indicator for how much food we should eat!

ever since i became a nutritionist and created my meal plans it made my life a little easier instead of having to write everything down on paper

hey thanks! im not claiming to be the best and be a know it all...but its something i like to talk about and help people with

i think there are more myths out their then truths..its a sad thing..but true

I agree, and truth is, from experience, with myself and helping others, certain routines hit people differently, as well as variation IMO is important. Diet being one of the most important thing to. Many people think it's just about training, but there's so much more to it.
