ey guys, maight as well help you gayz get into shape.

Men prepare for war on your bodie, because getting that six pack is not easy!

If I get interested in here to get their six pack, i`ll post some valuable information and i`ll even personalise some workouts.

I`ll be glad to answer all your nutritional and workout questions.

Nice improvement man!
I'm very close to attaining my six pack.
Any tips you could offer to get me there a little faster.

Currently I go to the gym 7 days a week alternating my muscles every 3 days so they get rested.
I run around 4 miles a day.
And try to stay away from simple sugars.
I take the supplements BSN NO Xplode and Cell Mass.

Stop taking supplements, only supplements i reccomend are fish oils and multi vitamins.

If you`re close, 3 weeks of extreme Intervenal training should do it. along with your muscle building days.
