I don't endorse or make any money on this product. Just had good luck with it, thought I'd share.
My Lifestyle is such that I need extra and quickie workouts whenever I can get them.

My gym membership is cheap, but I can't always get there.

I didn't want to spend a million bucks on a home gym or some fad system.

I went to Dick's Sporting Goods - got a set of the Perfect Push Up handles, and a set of cast iron 25lb dumbells.

That's all I need to get great upper body muscle building at home.

The push up doo-hickeys have been working muscles I didn't even know I had, as compared to just plain old push ups. Those little "bit player" muscles too, that rip your upper obliques.

Good shit. cheap. Working for me.

Just thought I'd share.

There's tons of different pushup variations you can do that target plenty of different muscles without buying anything.

Unecessary buy imo. But to each their own.

Really I did them for awhile and got stronger, but didn't see any real results in the mirror like i did from going to the gym. Kind of wished I didnt get rid of them though so I could try them again.

Dumbells all the way 8)

I try making the dumbells heavier & heavier for best effects. But everyone knows this.

Depends on your goal. if you are looking to gain muscle mass, pushups are worthless. If you're looking to increase endurance but not gain much visually (maybe some toning) then pushups are very good. The perfect pushup will reduce the stress on your wrist, which is very good. I would shell out twenty bucks to reduce stress on my wrists.
