In order for you to lose weight, it is essential that you have a proper healthy diet.

Start out by substituting soda, energy drinks and whatever else you may drink throughout the day with water only. Drinking alot of water throughout the day will naturally detox the body and you will notice a huge difference in mind and body performance.

In order to eat properly you must drop your bad eating habits whether it be fast food, candy, fatty processed foods and snacks. You want the quality of the food you intake to reflect the quality of progress you would like to make.

Many people don't know that stretching once a day for a short time can greatly increase muscular activity, lose weight and help prevent injuries.

For your "10 min" workout i would recommend pushups, situps and pullups every day as often as you could possibly do them.

Good Luck

If you can stretch your work out to a 20 or even 30 minute routine you will see far better, and quicker results. Without the proper diet though you will not really get any where, a combination of both should do well. I would really suggest getting into a gym as these exercises require some equipment.

Start with 5 minute warm up, jumping jacks or something like that if you don't have a treadmill or exercise bike. Then go into some weightlifting as building the larger muscles are a great way to burn fat.

Immediately after the cardio go into some squats one set of 9-10 reps.

Go straight into dumbbell lateral flies. 1 set 10 reps.

Pop over to a raised platform and do single leg standing raises with or without 5 pound dumbbells held in your hands. 1 set 10-15 reps.

Hit the bench and do some presses. 1 set. 6-10 reps

Do some crunches 15-20 or 20 -30.

Then on to bar military press for 1 set of 12 reps.

5 more minuets of cardio then go through the list again.

you wanna loose your weight the best key is jogging I prefer in the early morning don't eat before jogging and drink a lot of water while jogging jog like 30-40 min each day :) and stop eating all candys and junk food.

ps: going to gym is a big factor too to reach better results

Catbakkorrel,
You lost 5kg in one week, then 2.5? You are DEFINETELY doing A LOT of things wrong. You probably lost 90% of that on fluids, vitamins, minerals, some muscle, etc, and only 10% fat. And now, since your body cannot dispose of any more nutrients, you are stuck on the same weight.

You don't want to loose WEIGHT. You want to loose FAT. In order to do that you need to accelerate your methabolism to break the barrier that keeps your body from burning fat. To do that, you should eat one meal every 2,5 hours (with HEALTHY food, that is cooked meat, potatoes, SPAM, yam, fruits, veggies, egg whites, just as long as your meal has protein, carbs and little fat), and walk 50 mins straight once or twice a day EVERYDAY. And DO NOT walk more than 1 hour straight, or you will begin to burn muscle too.

I recommend EVERYONE to read the book called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle". Go look for it on the internet, google it. You might even find it for free if you know how to look.

Good luck 8)

Here's a book to check out, with exercises that require very little to no equipment.

Google:

Royal Canadian Air Force Exercise Plans for Physical Fitness

I quit smoking by working out a bunch, and it really helps with the cravings. I say google a basic "5x5 weight training program" and stick to it for a few months.
