Fast weight loss is generally recognized as being bad for your health and also results in muscle loss and accelerated weight gain after the end of your cut.
Try to lose approximately 1-2 lbs per week at a consitant rate, this way your dieting and training program will be easier to follow and you are less liekly to flake, in addition to this it is better for your body. As far as what program to follow, there is an excellent weight loss resistance program known as PX-90. It comes highly recommended, but will (probably) require that you purchase an ebook to get the details.
Good luck with your health and fitness goals. _________________ Regards,
