In my opinion the weights are low and the hold times are too long

I figured id also put down the weights and times I use

300lbs is my mechanical limit (machine cant really hold more)

Pec Deck 300lbs->40+ seconds

Harness pulldown (lat isolation) 300lbs->26 seconds

Bicep pull down (w/ hooks) 250lbs-> 8 seconds

Leg extensions(knee wraps) 200lbs->11 seconds

Leg curls(home machine)250lbs->over a minute

preacher curls w/ a dumbell 150lbs per arm->40 seconds

I use risistance bands for lat raise 2 black 2 blue 2 red(78lbs)->12 seconds

tricep kick backs 2 black 2 blue 2 red->23 seconds

Shrugs 400lbs->16 seconds

calf raises (done in gym)full stack plus weights place on top-> well over a minute

Leg Press (done in gym w/ knee wraps) 1400lbs-> 3 full range+slow negative reps

Bench press (in gym on machine) 250lbs->5 full range reps+slow negatives

Bench press free weights 2-120lbs dumbells 6 reps

Barbell bench press two 45s each side

You should give it a try. But be forewarned your frequency of training will probably expand to about 21 plus days after a couple of months of training.

You can even start "messing" around with them after positive failure if you have a training partner. Mentzer used that in his later years.
