I'm not selling anything here, so you don't have to believe me.

But if you want to take off a few pounds, check this out. I'm fucking shocked this is working too:

This is really intriguing. It seems to run totally contrary to everything else I've read about avoiding late meals and getting your calories in as early as possible. I also had a lot of Muslim friends back in Canada who would pack on tons of weight during Ramadan by fasting during the day and eating like crazy at night.

I would imagine that the key lies in doing the exercise needed to burn those calories. If you don't do the exercise to complement, I'd guess you would probably end up like my Muslim friends or any other late-night binge eaters...

By the way, I don't know if your blog had a link or not, but here's a good page describing it:

it's not late-night binging.

i don't eat till 6 PM. then i eat as much as i want, but healthy and all-natural. salad first. then meat and veggies, then carbs if i want.

so i'm def. eating less than before, but not starving. and i only exercise for 30 minutes or less 6 days a week. that's it.

back when i was eating during the day, i would workout for 90 minutes a day, and somedays go surf for 6 hours and then hit the gym to lift and run intervals for an hour or two. that was heavy working out. this is nothing.

it's pretty easy, and i like the results. honestly, i don't care how it works as long as it works. :)

Seriously? I might need to check this out... One thing though: are coffee and water also off-limits during the day?

Good-quality black coffee is the secret. I got some Newman's Own breakfast blend... and I'm jonesing for some right now.

Gotta go!

Haha, right on. I couldn't remember if that came before or after 6:00. Anyhow, I'm definitely going to look at this. Thanks!

I didn't even bother to look at the link, but I do actually know quite a lot about health. Fad diets like that won't work. If you're losing 11 pounds in 10 days or whatever it said, more than half of that weight is muscle. Just keep that in mind. If anyone here wants to be healthy and NEVER have weight problems, it is really simple. Just do not eat processed foods. Eat only whole foods. Whatever they ate before foods were sold at grocery stores for thousands of years is what we should eat. Basically whatever nature put out for us. That way you don't end up overreating because your body responds to it better and tells you when it is full a lot quicker. I eat 100% whole, natural, organic foods and have kept a 45 pound weight loss off for years.

A.

GREED.

That's one of the main points of this idea. No white sugar, nothing artificial.

And yes, that first big loss is a lot of water and muscle too, but I have too much muscle as well. I was strong and fit at 200 pounds. No need to weigh in at 275.

It sais article not found but from what I am reading from these posts it sounds like the Warrior Diet where you under eat for 20 hours so for those 20 hours you barely eat anything but little leafy things or fruits and then 4 hours of OVER eating and eat at night. is that what the article was about? or was it a totally different thing lol

11 pounds in 10 days sounds extremely unhealthy. If your body is breaking down muscle isn't that counter productive to what a diet should be? I mean how many guys do you hear saying "Man I wish I could lose some muscle"

Counting calories is the only sure fire way to lose weight and keep it off!

Coffee is a carcyngen! as is anything that is cooked to the point where its celluar matrix breaks, grill marks on a carrots would be just as dangerous as a cigarette!
Look it up. Look at what coffee does to your teeth. Switch to green tea!
