i decided being morbidly obese to join weight watcher there food plan seems alot more easyer for me to do plus they have the food you can buy in the shops hopefully i will lose the weight to improve my game

Good luck wolf101 You should just learn to count calories ive posted elsewhere on how to do it Ive lost almost 30 lbs in about 3 months weigh watchers just converts calories to points.

to better calculate your caloric maintenance number, count every single calorie you injest for 5-7 days with out gaining or losing a single pound than cut from that number.

3500 calories = a pound of fat

Simple as that!!

it`s also for the support group as well if you have to go to a public place to get weighed every week you more likely to stick to it
