Hey guys

This is a blog post I made today detailing a dramatic reduction in training volume and frequency, while at the same time improving my musculature and lowering my body fat.

It's picture heavy so I wont try to repost it here, but it's definitely worth the 3 minutes it takes to read over. It could change your life ;)

Hence why fighters are some of the fittest people you will ever see. Train with intensity. Plus it's shitloads more fun. Anaerobic training increases your metabolic rate (so much research says), which means overall you burn more calories than low-intensity training.

New to the forum but look up Max Contration Training or Static Contraction Training both books theres also a video on youtube that shows a bit about it. Its awesome I love give it a honest try you'd be surprised.

Yeah Ive heard lots about max contraction- John Little is actually the co author of one of my favorite books on exercise, Body by Science.
