As I write this, my stomach rumbles and my alarm clock beeps. I have to go to school in half an hour as per usual and like every other day - my breakfast is dodgy.

What do you guys eat for breakfast?
If I'm lucky I'll have a piece of fruit or two, nothing else. It's bad. But I don't know what else to do.

Protein shake. You can buy them ready to drink, so you don't even have to mix them. Just shake and drink.

I like bb.com and all but... no man. If you are going to drink protein get your moneys worth from GNC. Whey 100% Gold Standard. Like 30 bucks for a month+ supply. Depending on how often you take them.

Just get up 15 minutes earlier and fix a couple eggs or have a bowl of oats. Thats what I eat. If I am in a rush, grab a banana or apple.

6-7 raw eggs and a banana, every morning without fail :)

Breakfast is literally the most important thing you eat all day. I'm glad you brought this up.

Do not eat raw eggs. They do not digest in the same way as cooked eggs. Cooking them allows you to actually absorb the protein.

As said above, I'd wake up 15 minutes earlier if you can(super difficult for me) and cook some eggs. Also a bowl of cereal with a cup of coffee, banana, orage juice and vitamins is quick(takes me 10min to prepare and eat it all) easy and gives you a lot of energy until lunch. I never ate breakfast in high school(huge mistake) and have noticed a huge difference actually eating breakfast in college, even if its just some yougurt, fruit and vitamins.

It's true that protein absorption is limited drastically when eating eggs in raw form, but protein uptake occurs quicker this way than it does when the eggs are cooked, thus ending the catabolic state 8 hours of fasting puts your body in sooner. For my purposes, it's a worthwhile trade.

Plus I never have time to cook in the morning ;)

I usually mix up some protein shake powder (bout 2 scoops, 100g) with porridge or oats and water in a bowl, heated in microwave. This ensures your starting the day with enough protein and carbohydrate in your body. Also you can mix in a spoonful of cinnamon to sweeten it.

This is only really necessary if you are working out. The absense of milk in this breakfeast will help you lose that kinda softness you can get around the body.

however so much protein at once turns to fat.

The protein not used gets stored as fat.
