Caffeine. Diet Soda. Water. Count your calories.

I went from 175 to 150 in 3 months with NO gym time.

Caffeine suppresses your appetite. Go to walgreens or cvs and buy stay awake or no dozes. $10 for 100 pills 200 mgs a piece.

You want to intake 1k-1250 calories per day.

3500 calories = 1lb.

If to maintain your current weight you need about 2k per day and you are cuttin this in half you are saving 7k calories per week = roughly 2 lbs per week. Once you get to your desired weight then do a clean bulk and lift weights to gain mass.

If you need non FDA approved supplements I can be of assistance. However, they are not needed for losing weight only putting on muscle ;-)

This is a horribly unhealthy and ultimately counterproductive way to lose weight. Why? Because like so many other diet plans it's based on restriction and calorie-counting.

When you do something like this, you are essentially starving your body, which in caveman times was a signal that food was becoming scarce. This triggers a mechanism in your body that causes it to store fat whenever possible because back then it was the only way to survive a food crisis. Because of this, whenever you start eating again, your body is programmed to store that food in fat cells to keep you alive, meaning you will eventually gain back the weight you lost and then some, and it will be mostly fat when you lost mostly muscle.

Your body burns more calories a day supporting old muscle and growing new muscle than it does supporting fat, so the easy (and less dreadful) approach to losing weight would be to eat often (6-7 times a day, in small portions, keeps your metabolism constantly running, making you a fat-burning machine) and do compound workouts like bench press and squats to build large muscles as quickly as possible. Get your bodyweight in protein every day and shed that fat whilst building the ripples the ladies find so irresistible :)

yeah its also abit lazy. Wheres the cardio? you don't need some quick fix tecnique to lose wieght, or some fad. Use what always works, which is 870 said, basicly burn more caliores than you take in. Not excersising is just lazy

Couple of things...first of all excessive caffeine lowers your immune system, which is not exactly a great idea in this season. If used in moderation, sure it's beneficial.

Also, you can shed plenty of weight at a faster and healthier rate by just increasing your workout intensity along with cardio while using a well formulated diet. Not only will you lose weight faster, but you will ultimately build up your endurance which can help in more then 1 way :lol:

If you were serious about losing weight then you should of joined a gym and dedicated yourself for a month or two instead of putting your body in a state of SPAM. By doing taking your route the second you consume slighlty, let me stress SLIGHTY, more cals then what you have proposed you will begin to slowly, steadily, and surely gain it all right back. It's not about losing weight, more about living an overall healthier lifestyle that keeps weight off.

And with regards to your muscle building "supplements" I really hope you have a great deal of knowledge pertaining to whatever it is you are refering to (prohormones, AAS, or peptides) because if taken improperly, or given misleading information one could seriously screw up their endocrine system, test levels, and other vital organs(depending on the the substance) so I'd just remove that. But hey what do I know...

150-155 since november and i eat pretty much anything and everything i want.

it was the easy way out. i have a gym membership but i work ft and go to school ft so the gym isnt top priority.

i have friends that are personal trainers and body builders so i know what i should and shouldnt do BUT the easy way out was what i did and it worked well for me.

But seriously, Diet Soda... Caffeine ?
Stimulants and lessened intake of energy ?

Sounds like a shortcut to fucking your metabolism.

I can't stand diet sodas.
They seem like the epitome of redundancy.
I mean, yeah, in a way it's soda...but... there's nothing in it.
Just cleverly disguised artificial taste-whateverick, to make it seem like you're drinking soda.

Why not stick to just water ?
It's seriously much better.



If you're to reduce weight
Why not take 20 push-ups 1-3 times a day ?
Get the muscle-groups up and going,
Maybe do stairs instead of elevators.
Eat a little less saturated fat, cook your own food.

More vegetables, less starch, less refined sugar ?
Less units of Alcohol, (and fuck off with that Lite beer, that to is just a product to wank you a little. Why not take a few weekends off alcohol, get your metabolism working again and then get drunk on half the amount you would need with continuous practice.)

Stimulants do work, but they do come with a price.
Cocaine makes you loose weight to.
But I wouldn't recommend it.
So does speed.
and MDMA, ecstasy...
Caffeine isn't really good for your neurochemical balance, and by that I mean it tends to get people wired and nervous, anxiety etc.
even paranoia in some cases.

So, if you're going for losing weight, or keeping your ideal weight. eat regularly, (eat by the clock, your body is a creature of habit) eat smaller amounts, but more often (which will allow your stomach to reduce it's size, since it has a steady input of energy, but not huge amounts that stretch the maximum with of it (picture a balloon that is blown up really big, contra one that isn't blown up very large, but rather more often to a smaller max size. and imagine your stomach working in pretty much the same way.))

5-6 meals a day, and after a while you'll notice that you get hungry right around the times you're supposed to eat (say, every day at 11 am you get hungry for lunch, after regularly eating a meal every day at 11 am for a week or so)

That and making sure your body is hydrated at a more or less stable level (when your piss is clear, you're well hydrated and your body will be able to function at it's optimal.. yellow to red is bad, and mean you need more water )
