But iv really been wantting to make more friends and meet new people to atleast chill with. What do you guys do to make new friends and/or find yourself finding friends at?

Some of them I met trough jobs I did. I also never refuse to help at parties, this way you immediately learn to know the people you work with. I don't have any friends that I've met from one stranger talking to another. Here in Belgium it's 10 times as hard to make friends that way. But I'm trying to solve that problem eventually.

ever since.
making friends in public is complex. depends on where you are.
in vegas if you approach some dude, more than often he's gonna
think youre gay. real talk lol.
then again dudes are rarely in public by themselves.
