When I check this forum I see a lot of rockbottom kind of posts and this displeases me very much! I know the feelings and here's what I did to change it!!

I recently felt like I was right there at rock bottom because many aspects of my life were not as I imaged they would be by now (ie. residence, job, social life, and especially interaction with HBs). In the past I would always say to myself, "ok self, by next (insert next season) I'm going to have these issues fixed and I'll be right on track to becoming a mPUA. By the time that next season rolled around I found that little, if anything changed.

But recently (after I started reading these forums on a more regular basis), I've found myself feeling much more positive and I can feel myself coming out of my own personal "dark ages." I definitely found that little extra spark of motivation to keep me going to the gym, maintaining a balanced diet, and approaching and opening girls. The way I was able to improvebecause I started to see that EVERYDAY IS A NEW OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE

What I'm basically trying to say is you're life will change if you continue to keep a positive outlook on life. Don't dwell on the negatives and focus on any single positive in you're life, no matter how small they are! What's a more positive thought than THE ONLY WAY TO GO IS UP when you feel like you're at rockbottom.

Pretty much everything I've said in this post I've read from other posts in the forum, so I am in no ways taking credit. Think of this post as more of a testimonial to the forum it self and to hopefully motivate some other guys who feel like they've hit rock bottom.

Sorry for the long post and stay cool 8)

You're so right! I have also just lately realized how effective this stuff really is. You get the "everyday is a new chance" from a lot of movies and stuff, and you think its such a cliché,but the truth is that no matter how much money you have its all about the positivity, and when you've figured this out you are unstoppable.

On a more practical note, having ONE(or more) very good friend that you can say anything to helps a lot.

I completely agree with the having a buddy thing. Its great to have somebody to share success with. Taking a look at the pua lair section is a great way to find other people with great knowledge of the game in your area! I still have to give my local lair a visit
