My beloved Mum and her husband are retiring to Cyprus. She has offered to sell their house to me as long as they can come and stay with me a couple of nights every few months.

Now the sticking point is GIRLS. What's the PUAs opinion on what girls would think of this? I am by no means a 'mummies boy' and don't want to come across that way. I'm more of a natural bad boy (which is why this sictuation is hard for me to get my head round).

It's a nice big house and feel it's a good oportunity it's just the old mum and step dad staying bit and the 'tied into a contract' feeling I'm getting!

But seriously, your parents shouldn't be an issue if the place is big enough right? And if your parents see you with lots of different girls everytime they come would that be a problem?
If it were me, first I'd decide if I wanted the place (distance from town, dimensions, etc) then I'd figure the specifics of the arrangement with my mum. If I'm not happy with either of these, I wouldn't take the place.

Are you getting it for a decent price?
