So I have realized that the past 3 years my social life has been dwindling down to almost nothing...mostly because i was too focused on lifting weights and eating accordingly (literally eating every 3 hours or so to help build muscle mass) and just didn't think socializing was as important, and of course im regretting it a lot now. I now think im a little too socially akward at times now because of this constant routine of doing the same thing over and over for a couple years and neglecting people too much.

I'm at a point where i am sitting at my parents house most nights by myself just surfing the net. It's summer time and the livin is a little too easy and BORING!

The one person that I would consistently hang with had to go work a summer camp for the rest of the summer and my other best friend is about to marry some girl (i know, at age 21 thats pretty early) and spends a majority of his time with her which im perfectly fine with cuz that makes him happy.

How do yall recommend I go about getting back out there and enjoying myself again? I really believe that I need to first find a good social circle again to hang with. ...I've lost the spark in life help me get it back!!
