If you dont have greasy looking hair than its ok to shampoo and condition everyday. Especially if your hair is dry and frizzy it's essential that you condition everyday. Switch from regular drug store shampoo's to salon quality, it makes a hugeee difference. Regular shampoo's and conditioners strip out too much of the natural oil that your hair produces. Whatever you do too stay away from Pantene products any professional salon will tell you horror stories about it. I recommend Bed Head Self Absorbed shampoo and conditioner, Paul Mitchell and Biolage is great stuff too. I hear Redken all-soft is also amazing but I haven't had a chance to try it. Hope that helps.
