But i know i still have a long way to go; i have an idea of what to do, but the problem is that i dont know how to do it. Some lifestyle changes i've made:
• Join a club (for social proof)
• Look at less porn (avoiding distractions)
• Talking to strangers more frequently (to destroy AA)
• Becoming more observant
• Number close
• Change body posture
• Stay positive
i know i've made a huge amount of progress because my friend invited me to her friend's pre-game, to which i got a lot of instagram friends. i could've pushed for numbers, but didnt. fuck me, right? i also attended a frat rush all because i've complimented a guy's watch strap a few days earlier. crazy.
but in other news, i'd like to:
• be more sexual in conversation
• kino more
• Avoid freaking out when a situation gets out of hand
• and in any way on how to build an attractive lifestyle
i'd like to focus on these four and try to build a better lifestyle from it. what's your method for doing these? _________________ "I've learned it's important not to limit yourself. You can do whatever you really love to do, no matter what it is." - Ryan Gosling
