This is more of a tip that I've giving you. Some of you I'm sure don't need telling but if there are any of you out there that are not used to having girls over or maybe due to have a girl over to your place soon, let me repeat my headline:

Always, and I mean ALWAYS clean the bathroom!!

Seriously, your flat could look messy but if the bathroom is CLEAN, subconsciously she's thinking you're clean, and a clean man is an attractive man. You get the girl over to your place, one of the FIRST things she'll do is use the bathroom, sometimes it's nerves and she may need to actually use the toilet, but many times she'll use that as a means to determine if she's planning to stay there for longer than a hour or two. It's up to you to use your skills to your advantage with the extended time your bathroom has just given you!

(I can't be asked to explain the amount of conversations with girls I've had but believe me, they take the bathroom test SERIOUSLY!) Any girl I've brought back to my flat (in 2011 it was: Emma, Joanne, Kathryn, Linda, Cheryl, Natalie & Rachel), have been BONED! Lol.

I basically lived in a shithole party house when I was in university with a disgusting bathroom, and we all managed to get laid on the regular.

Like I said... for those that may be having a girl around for the first time. You mentioned 'regular' so please read posts properly before responding.

I think university is different anyway - the majority of people are living in similar conditions. When you're older though, with your own house, not some rented uni accommodation, then you should probably try to keep places like the bathroom and kitchen clean. In fact, pretty much everywhere clean.

I agree, cleanliness is huge. Not necessarily spit shine clean, but at least the appearance that you do dust now and then, and are generally clutter free.

If you have an 20 min. before a date or going out, clean the toilet, wipe down the counter top with a damp rag, and sweep. you're good to go.

I couldn't agree more. I always clean my entire apartment/bathroom before I go out or have a girl over. I keep it a little disorganized, just barely, so that it doesn't look try-hard. But it's always CLEAN - real clean. *Especially the bathroom.*

I can't even count the the number of women who have walked out of my bathroom and flat-out complimented me on how clean my bathroom is "for a guy." I usually just say thanks and change the subject, like it's no big deal. It definitely makes women feel more comfortable. Yeah, I can get laid with a dirtier bathroom. But why not make things easier?

More importantly, you want your guests to feel comfortable, man or woman. That's a bigger picture social-building thing - making people feel comfortable at your home.

And I'll expand on this. Keep your bathroom clean but also make sure that all needs are met. Include a spray in case someone needs to take a shit. Prevents them feeling bad for stinking up the place. Keep tissue paper, so they don't have to use toilet paper to blow the nose or touch up. The trash should be empty, not full of old crap. Hand lotion is something woman love to use after washing hands. But keep lotion that you would actually use, not something perfumey and girly. Same thing with the handsoap. I like to keep something environmentally conscious because I like supporting those kind of companies, but also because women appreciate a man who has consideration for things outside of his own little world. Remember, that the things you keep in your apartment, or bathroom, reflect you. And even if they don't consciously make judgments, there are subconscious thoughts going on.

And when a girl asks to use my bathroom, I always tell her to make herself at home. That way she feels like she can use products without hesitation.

The result is ALWAYS that woman feel super comfortable at my place. In fact, many woman that I have over (even as early as 1 or 2 times) have told me that they feel more comfortable staying at my place then they do at their own own home. I keep around contact solution and cases, even though I don't wear glasses (an ex left them here Same thing with toothbrushes - I keep extra around. I want woman to have everything they need to feel comfortable to stay late and have sexy time.

This is GOOD advice. Personally, I keep my place CLEAN, my entire condo.

I was watching The Playboy Club. And noticed something.... The protaginist in the show was supposed to be the biggest player in The Playboy Clubs from the 60's. Total alpha guy. His place was immaculate, like walking into a Hotel Room. Everything in place, and organized. It gives the image you are clean, healthy, and not home a lot.

Since I followed this example, I ALWAYS get women commenting about how nice my condo is, HUGE DHV.

I know not everyone can go out and get brand new carpet.. have children... etc... But remember there is a HUGE difference between MESSY and DIRTY.

You can pull off messy, but dirty disgusts most attractive women that take care of thier bodies.

EDIT: college and IRL are DIFFERENT. I'm in my early 30's. Most women I know would turn their noses up at a shit hole. It's not about being rich and having a nice place... It's about taking care of things in your life. I've had one woman tell me she was really impressed, not because my place is kinda nice, but because I knew how to take care of my stuff and could probably take care of a woman as well.....

Beer-bong party houses are cool in college.... But not IRL.

I know what you are actually talking about with cleaning bathroom. I am very much aware about this fact and take care of my bathroom and other important places. They need to clean and attractive for sure. It helps a lot in enjoying.

Ideally you should want to keep your bathroom (and place) clean in general.

Great advice without a doubt. The bathroom can make or break your goals when you have a woman over.I'd also like to add- women go through your stuff in your bathroom too.They open cabinets, look at your manly cosmetics,inspect your bathtub for grout and scan your toilet for pee stains.

I don't know about you guys, but I've also had lots of sex in my bathroom. I mean the shower is one thing, but I've bent them over the sink before and done them that way, and had them blow me hard and barf in the toilet. And there's no way those girls would be sitting on the floor or laying on the counter if there was a bunch of crusted pubes and grime all over the place.

Keep it clean, it can only help.
