So it was a little ovgerkill plus i didnt liek going to a saloon or paying $60 a month. I also wouldn't use a real tan bed as its bad for your skin.
So now to combat my pale mien I just spray some Tanning color spray on my face and neck, as that's all they see at night, to add some color. The brand I use is "Drench". It seems to work well

They have a number of toxic chemicals in them that you have to be aware of, do A LOT of research on all the ingredients in the products used to darken your skin before you go smearing a potentially harmful substance all over your body. I know for a fact that tanning saloons aren't good for you.
Tanning beds are fine in moderation, you don't ever want to burn, but there is nothing wrong with getting slight more pigment to your skin, it is not dangerous or harmful to your skin if you do not burn.

I live in a very sunny environment, and I can not tan... Even when I was a competitive swimmer. Also trying is just going to lead to skin cancer.
Some things about ourselves we can change, and others we can not. In your situation I focused on the thing I can change (joined the gym and studied psychology).
If you get buff enough, it will of set any lack of tan.

here's the problem, i am not buff, and super slim weigh around 120, it seems i am going to have to lower my metabolism and all and get a trainer in order to get big, i just want pectoral muscles and arms really and to slim down my baby fat which is hardly noticeable but my leaning shows i have it. so thats a long proccess i'm thinking.

Its certainly useful to be buf as a bonus for attraction, but being pale is an unrelated problem.

The girls there fuckin love me.
I acknowledge that it's not that great for you. But how bad could it be if so many people are doing it? The main reason I do it is because I work in fitness, so I want that sexy tanned fitness model look. _________________

I would do it anyway to prevent depression and S.A.D. It makes you stand out and look more vital, imo, especially in Salt Lake where the whiteness is blinding
