Dancing scene help.

Hi there,
I need advice on how to get people to go out with me to grab something to eat after the dance. Here is the situation. I go dancing every week. The scene is loaded with pretty single girls. I meet them every week and I dance with them, but it stops at that. I need to see these people (guys and girls) outside of the dance venue.
Here is some more info.
The dance ends @ 12:00 Am and starts @ 7:00 Pm.
There is a food truck 5 mins away by car that is open till 1 o'clock.
I am friends with @ least 2 guys and a girl in the scene. These I know beyond just dancing, they are 'friends'.
Any suggestions on how to get a group together where I can invite pretty girls to join ?
