So ive just got my first part time job to get me some money and experience whilst i sort stuff out. How do i become that guy the girls want to have mindless chat with on shifts? That guy who other guys fear and respect, but like? My colleges will mostly be 16-24 year olds, mostly girls with the odd veteran etc. (Talking about my colleagues not the customers)
