I want to get into the medical cannabis field. I would like to own a coffee shop with a dispensary in the back. I could have comedians and bands play at night. I would like to be able to make a profit from the coffee shop for myself and donate to the community with the profits from the dispensary.

I think there is a direct correlation between the guys on this site and entrepreneurship. Guys that are on this site, including myself, don't want to go down the typical road and meet girls the typical way. We are not happy with the norm and are set on creating our own path. I f'ing love it!

I just actually invented a product and I'm trying to get the patent on it right now, I'm so freaking excited. If you happen to know someone that has done it before I'd love to talk with them.

Becoming a PUA has changed my life so many more ways that I could ever imagine.

Well, I have two options open to me.

I have just registered as self employed at 16. I am writing eBooks on dating, I am begginning coaching due to numerous requests, and I am also doing a lot of freelance writing.

I would love to become a dating coach full time, and I feel that that, along with writing, is my real calling.

My main problem, however, is my parents. They are right, I can easily do a medical degree and become a doctor. Easily, and until recently that was my chosen career path.

Now I have to choose- doctor, where I have the money, the social standing, and hardly any free time...

or...

Dating coach, which is what I will truly enjoy, however I understand that there is a massive problem in the fact that it is so hard to get clients. I do know I have had nothing but great feedback, however I just don't know what to do.

I am going to study Chemistry, Biology, English Language and Philosophy at A-level to keep my options open, however I need to make my mind up.

What do you guys think?

I am going to make a company raise capital through the otc and pink sheets by publicly trading my company and keep 60% of the stocks for myself. That will give me 500k to 1.5 mil to work with depending on how well the stock does. I am going to be the producer and manufacture of cannabis to retail stores when it becomes legal in what ever state it is in first.


I have it all planned out and plan to put my business in its begging stages when I turn 18 to start the long and time consuming project. But hey, I could make millions so why not try. Right now each plant you grow is worth around 2K$ times that by growing 1000 plants indoors and that's a shitload of money. I probably shouldn't even post it cause someone will take my idea or some people have probably thought of it too.

I run and co-own a record label and own a marketing label. I also manage a VIP part liasons company. It's great because each compliments the other. And all of them massively ad to my pua skills and are great dhv's

First things first, Mickey.C, run your marathon! its really a lot easier than you think. Just get a little training and then take the first one easy. Next step... ironman.

All those of you out there writing books... keep at it. but be aware that writing really isn't a lucrative carrier path. It can be and is highly cashed up for a select few people and to be honest that doesn't really have anything to do with writing ability, more opportunity and luck sadly. But keep at it.

Best piece of advice, or two actually, write everyday even if its only for a few minutes and invest your book, even if it is a self help book, with story. Don't just make it a boring set instructions. The obvious example is 'the game' compared to say 'magic bullets'. The game was successful in the mainstream and prob made a fair bit of money, where as magic bullets was successful in a niche market and admittedly prob made a bit of money but nothing compared to the game. The key difference there is that magic bullets is a self help book and the game is a story, and a good one at that.

When I got out of the Marines I began doing boat canvas and upholstery working for a guy. After about 2 years, he owed me a lot of money, and was a complete waste.

I borrowed some money, and opened up my shop (2008). I even brought his other employee with me. Last year, we did $92,000. This year we are already at $65,000, and I just hired a second full time employee, and am looking for a third.

I agree with some other posts. If your here, its because you have chosen to take a different path in life, and I feel that those qualities come through in everything, including your career.

I'm a commercial fishing captain. I work hard 5 months a year and have money to play or do nothing for the other 7. The downside is 5 months without women, but there is a lot of social status that comes with being a captain.

I owned a cellphone store for 4 years. Well I made a lot of money. But I got tirred of Bills, taxes, emploied problem , etc. I sold my store and become a manager for a bigger compagny. It give me free time to sarge, and even if they're is less costumers I still get paid.
The entrepreneur myth can bring you a lot of troubles. And you can end up with nothing but debts.
You can become very successfull that's right. But there's a lot of difference between the big entrepreneur that get the big car and the HB and the little one struglin' to survive.
And if you're still willin' to get in the bisness game. So you have to put your entire life into it.

I started up a Commercial Cleaning Business I have been doing for the past year here in Long island, NY. Easiest job to make some good money on your own, seems like todays economy self employment or owning a business is the way to go since no one is willing to pay high salary for employees. Hopefully become largest in Suffolk County in the coming years and move towards NYC thats my dream to have contracts from Suffolk hitting NYC making a lot of money.

My father does the same thing in Philly, PA hes been doing it for years (thats where I learned how to run mine and so on) he has contracts all over philly to new jersey and delaware trying to do better than him hopefully my "territory" starts to meet up with his so when he passes his company down to me hopefully just combine the two and have a Tri-State empire (with delaware lol)
