Usually, guys will be flattered and will probably agree, if he likes you. It's funny because gaming women compared to men is like professional football compared to elementary school football. They've never experienced people hitting on them for a selfish reason, they will see it as compliments
But beware of female groups. In my experience there tends to be a lot of jealousy and hate when confronted with a talented PUA. That group will fall apart and you will just have a few lays instead of getting a great new social circle
