Anyone ever go to improv/comedy school, good ones in NYC?

I heard that improv skills are very useful to PUA routines. And I've been in to that even before I heard of PUA. I would imagine it would really help with any cocky comedy approaches. Has anyone tried it? How expensive? Anyone know a good school in NY? I heard theres this improv group in NYC, that does the kind of stuff out of MTV's Boiling Points or Punk'd, and gets regular people to join in through updates. Maybe I could do that.
