I think that sometimes when Im laughing or making jokes, that I can never be taken serious. Any advice? I feel like I can make great conversation and whatnot, but its like when Im joking I feel overbored sometimes, and I think the girl finds me more of a clown than anything. Its like she will laugh alot, but I cant make it anywhere with her. Any ideas guys?

Sasha (and myself) are similar to you in that we used to be naturally funny and energetic and talkative, but wouldn't really get laid using it.

The basic idea is - HOOK their interest with the funny, get them to laugh ONCE or TWICE max, to get a nice emotional spike at the start of the interaction, and then

Just be NORMAL.

It's like Mystery - he used to just do magic tricks, again, and again, and again. He didn't get laid.

Then, he realised he just had to do ONE, maybe toward the start of the interaction, and then NOT do any more. Keep them wanting more.

If you keep joking around, you actually push people away because they get the sense that they're not getting to the real "you" or finding out who you are, and you're not actually finding out about them. They don't invest, they just sit there having a bit of fun and being entertained, and then the next guy comes along and they fuck off.

=> In conclusion: 1-2 jokes at the beginning, then be normal. Find out about them as a person, tell a bit about yourself. If you start to lose the momentum, re-spike with humour if necessary (better to re-spike with sexual tension / escalation though!)
