I am accepting the fact that the mind controls everything even to our physical side. I read a psychology paper that our mind influences what our physical side does. More over, our mind can control our strength and our well-being.

Applying this knowledge to pick up,
I am convinced that inner game is more critical than outer game itself.
Im sure many already know this fact
two most dangerous words that americans say: "I know"
No.. you dont know, you dont know it til you have it or do it
Therefore i think its time for us to execute our plan of action.

METHOD #1 (Bottling confidence)
I learned that keeping my achievements to myself can increase my
confidence level. Its best to keep our mouth shut even if you had it with 3 girls at once.

METHOD #2 (Just talk)
Go for 5s 6s and talk to them about shit. If you feel like shit and feel like you wont be able to game. Just start talking. 5s and 6s who are border line "hot" and "ugly"
They`re certainly not my potential GFs or friend. Dirty talking to them seems to increase my confidence.

METHOD #3 (Achieve something outside pick up)
This method involves no pick up what so ever. Try to get a promotion in your job, or acquire a new skill. I took a break dancing class last month, i feel so damn free when im at the dance floor. Learn new things and try to acquire new skills. I thank my parents for this cause they forced me to learn to play the piano and take martial arts class when i was in middle school. This seem to catch up when you mature.

So in conclusion
Our mind seem to guide our "tongue" and body language.

Yes, and no. If you just talk to any woman, you achieve confidence... it is built into our psyches, like:
If you talk to more women---> confidence booster/social anxiety eliminator
So, the more women you talk to... in the bank, at the grocery store, at a bar... the easier it will be to talk to the SHBs bro.

Do things that would normally take you out of your comfort zone... the more of this, the more you will be approaching beautiful women. Even on dates(which by now you should have another name for them) you should do something that is outside of the realm of what you would normally do.

Try new things to boost conf. Yes, talking to women works... but talk to them everywhere... hot or not... if you arent after a close... just walk away when you're done....
