If you feel guilt it is because you think you are doing something to a girl and not for a girl. You don't do sex to a girl, you do sex for a girl. I have been used by more girls than I have used. In fact if I am "using" a girl she is likely using me. I have had girls openly ask me to fuck their friend in a car for their birthday. Not exactly romantic and you aren't getting anything long term.
Stop acting as if it is disrespectful to have sex with a girl. It is natural to lust, for both males and females, so enjoy it. You are more likely to hurt a girl if you aren't up front with your intentions. I wrote something about it on a couple of occasions in my body language thread.
I once told a girl I needed to get laid, she asked "when did you get laid last?" My answer "Last night." She text me to come over that night. She knew there wasn't anything else but sex in this case and that was all she wanted. Girls want sex, stop acting as if they only want relationships. Move on from that type of mentality.
Don't feel guilty for giving a girl what she wants, feel guilty for not giving her the sex she wants.
