Firstly keep in mind, however much your attitude skyrockets as you learn how to have fun, that it's normal to be up and down, to not be in a good mood all the time - so don't beat yourself up too much if you have a bad day and feel like you're having a "relapse" into the state you want to get out of now.

Katt Williams talks about an important hormone/chemical in the bloodstream called FUCKIT. Remember that expression when you feel uncomfortable. I mean really, really feel it and be aware of the fact that once in a while it doesn't matter fuck all if you act a bit out of character and out of your comfort zone. And go out with your mates wearing fancy dress and face paint and stuff, cause that makes acting like a nob much more guilt-free.

On the subject of Katt Williams, watch a bunch of stand up - not so you can "learn how to be funny" or some complicated mechanical bollocks but just to have a laugh - and watch it with your mates when you can. See it live at a comedy club if you really want to feel that sort of energy.

You don't need to fundamentally change who you are, learn a bunch of routines or anything that's too complicated to do without an instructor. Just learn how to move around with your shoulders back and your chin up, use your body to talk with gestures thus becoming physically comfortable in your own skin. Practice posing for photos in a mirror if that's what it takes, that's what I did.
