Easy answer-- Stop thinking about it that much. It's totally situational. Just do what feels natural. A bit of push/pull helps, too, i.e. stop kissing her first, move onto doing something else for a minute, then lay it back on her. Good luck, and just relax.

what's with this indicators of interest? if a girl wants you to kiss her she will just hold her head just so and wait... if you want to provoke this, forget about the guys that convince a girl to be open for kissing through talking about it... simply just do this... hold her hand and massage it. I stop making out with the girl when it gets boring... some girls can kiss... some can't so well and it gets tedious after awhile... if she slips you the tongue first (and immediately), then well that's a good sign to change of venue

Its entirely down to what shes like, but always be the one to pull away. use push pull techniques so she dont take you for granted
