First and foremost, i must alert you that these are not strict rules, you do not have to follow them and many of them are not connected, so if you want you can try with 10 or 15 at a time and move up from there.

Number One:The Following Fifty-NIne rules should not construct your reality and what you see of the world.
Number Two:These rules can only be understood depending on the intellegence and capability of the person reading it
Number Three:Reality is different for everyone
Number Four: Your reality can be created and also destroyed
Number Five: Your reality can be changed, it can be manipulated
Number Six: Your reality in a way has the same characteristics as any human being has.
Number Seven: Do not abuse your reality, and force it on another people
Number Eight: everything comes natural once your on the path to naturality
Number Nine:Everything in your world is not affected by my world
Number Ten: life is just one big reality, that no one ever figures out
