| Hey, look at the standard movies (Fck, we all are the victim of believing what the TV tells us.). The standard story: Some guy, madly in love with Girl. Guy does "everything". Girl doesn't really notice, but secretly hopes for a Guy who treats her right, while banging BadGuy. Something happens, Girl gets rid of BadGuy, notices Some guy, more drama, Some guy gets Girl.
We're basically taught that if you just create enough emotions and shite, and patiently demonstrate this for the girl, you'll get her in the end.
How it works in real life is; you get girls attention, you both do the dance, showing that you either match or top each others' demands, you gain mating rights, and if the person who has the upper hand/most value so decides you stay together.
If you can demonstrate that you have higher value, socially, physically and mentally, you gain favor in the current group.
If your <i>the</i> most valuable person in a group, you get the key to the harem, and people will look to you when making decisions.
Natural Game is assuming that you are the most valuable person in any given situation, and proving (or more precisely, sharing that hallucination) that to the others. If they accept this on an unconscious level, through you playing the right signals at the right time, you will be the one viewed as the person with highest value, and thus the Alpha Male, and will therefore be given the rights to the women, (by themselves, I might add)
Naturals have the right mental attitude; Therefore they give of the right signals, more or less at the right time, since our bodies are made to do this automatically. So learning to be a natural is not harder than learning to believe the correct things about yourself.
(If you went through school you naturally learned that you're a no-good-shit. Since what is pointed out to you is your flaws. You get taught to believe certain things are necessary for other things, which mostly are lies. You don't need to understand algebra to be a decent person. And knowing how to spell is not about learning when it is wrong. Spelling correctly is matching two pictures to eachother: The one in your head vs the one on the paper. (how the words sound have nothing to do with correct spelling, hell, not even phonetic is spelled phonetically.) )
The point is simple; Know that you can get any woman. It's not harder than that. If you know you can get any woman, the rest is just details, techniques.
The reason MM works so well is because you believe it works so well.
(And the fact that you are challenged to open 30 sets with a tested and tried method only gives you a reason to pursue Social Intelligence, which comes naturally through interaction with.... other social intelligence. )
The reason they all demand dedication is because it is through this experience you learn. The methods are only there to motivate you, and to give you something outside yourself to trust in, so that until your skills increase you will have something to rely on.
