I am trying to learn natural game after trying out some canned material. In natural game do you come out with a completely new conversation every time you meet a girl or does the conversations still follow a certain structure?

Natural game comes from using your personality and being situational. You will eventually run into enough similar situations that you start using your own "routines" in those situations. Natural game is more fun and effective.
