So there is new girl working at a caffe where i drink coffe 2-3 times a week but nevermind that..She is really cute and i wanted to approach her but then i realized i don't have any day game whatsoever and i have never approached barmaids or any girls at day.. My night game is not good either but nevermind that working on it

I want to meet her and ask her out but don't know how to do it..
She doesn't know me , I don't know her either.. We didn't have any interaction at all..

Do not attempt if the café is really busy.

Assuming there is no long queue behind you, you will need to interact with her anyway to order your coffee so just introduce yourself. You're in there often enough so she will recognise you. Alternatively make small talk when she comes near your table and bounce the conversation from there.

actually , she doesn't take orders...if she did i know in basics what to do to start small talk...but waiter takes orders and she's just behind bar making drinks..

if you don't know the waiters you could always ask if they will send her over.. Customer service places are always inclined to do whatever the customer says. When she gets to the table ask her something dumb like "where did you get that sweater". Key is to be NONTHREATENING with this approach because you have a lot of ground to make up just sitting at a table while she walks up to you wondering "what does this weirdo want".
