I am outgoing person, easy to open anybody etc. My friends think that I can open any chick and they praise me for that etc. BUT even after being somewhat "good" at approaching and opening I still get AA... Not talking about cold sets, but even when I am 95% sure she is into me, I just resist approaching for some reason..

So my question is - is this still usual even among best pua's or did all the best and better puas got rid of AA completely and do not find themselves in the situations when they know chick likes them, but still has AA?

From what i've read and seen from PUA videos, no... They just learn to understand it and rationalize that the fear isnt real. At the end of the day its true, AA isnt a real fear. We are just socially conditioned that way.

As for me i've never known or known of anyone who didn't have recurring aa.

As you know, just push through to do the first approach of the day/night and it's all downhill from there.

it's hard to explain but; you still have the AA but it has no power over you. Think of it like when you cut yourself but don't notice till you see the blood. Soon as you see it you notice it hurts (even though it's always been hurting) AA is the same; if you focus on it you amplify it. I think overcoming it totally is a process of habituation.

Nice replies, I was thinking along similar lines. It is not like I have the fear, but more like feeling not wanting to go out of my comfort zone of that moment. Like I see a chick, I know she likes me, I like her, but think "oh, I will not approach her as now I am perfectly comfortable doing nothing" :D
As if doing an approach means leaving your perfect comfort zone...

It's like tinnitus, when you first get it it annoys the hell out of you but eventually you habituate to it, ad it's like it's another you listening to it in your head but the real "you" is a passive observer.

AA gets like that eventually, Some gurus are quick to point out that AA is no big deal and they forget what it was like for them at the time, but they're actually right. It isn't a big deal: you just think it is.

If you can approach for a $1,000,000 then you can approach.
