Bad boy image works perfectly well. You don't need to be relationship material to get texts back, you only need to be what I like to call "I want his dick inside me material". It's weird because women of your age really bloom sexually and are usually adventureous and up for fun. So the only thing really I can imagine is that you seem like you're the "bad boy" but you are not really acting like a real one. This means that you don't push for sex. See most of these women probably wanted you to bang them on the spot, and you just kissed them, and they decided they'd find dick elsewhere. That's the only possible explenation I can come up with considering the information provided.
