I'm good with body language and can read it well but curious as to how to stand when at a bar or one of those small dinner tables on a bar floor. I generally lean on my forearm slightly while turning my body to the crowd and keeping it open. Or keep it turned to the crowd but stand straight up, leaned back a bit. If I'm at the bar itself, I try to spread out a bit or stand at the bar with my hands on my waist or fingers looped into my jeans slightly (read this focuses women on your groin area). Problem is I don't get much bait, let alone women looking at me. Something I'm doing wrong or maybe a different stance to use? This is when I'm either solo or with a group or friends.

I dance. Not a full on jump around dance routine. Rather I put both feet on the ground and move from my hip. That way a woman can see that I can move, am confident, and fun. More fun than a room full of guys just standing there. This is the bait that I find works. Sooner or later the women come around me because I'm the only one dancing (in most situations) Then I end up dancing with them. Usually involves grinding up on each other then phone number exchange. It turns up the sexy immediately with the girl you're dancing with and all the others watching. Read my post about dance floor rules. I came up with a system that will keep you safe and looking cool. It's been tested around the world. So get to grooving bruh, bust a move with a woman. Watch it all open up.

Does it teach me how to dance? Cause I'm a white guy lol. And unlike most white guys, I can admit that I can't dance rather than look like an idiot out there

Luckily it doesn't take much. Try this at the next bar or club. If you are standing alone or with other men keep your feet on the ground. Move your hips, shoulders and head to the music. Use your hips because is give motion to the whole body. The moment you lift your feet of the ground you start looking corny. You are doing to much. That's step 1. Once you get a woman in your zone and she starts to dance with you, you have to lift your feet. Just like Hitch a two step is all you need. That's step 2. The more you do the better you get. If you can take a salsa class to learn partner dancing. Go to a reggae club meet a girl and get to teach you how to "wind" (rhymes with grind). These will cover pretty much any dance situation you will be in. No need for back flips or choreographed moves. Move your feet, move your hips, use your shoulders. It's fun. Practice. Even if you look dorky, you also look fun. Many good qualities are conveyed by a man taking on a new challenge. And the qualities a man who can dance conveys are numerous. Top being: Fun, confident, safe, sexy, wanted by other women, and good in bed. I've kissed closed girls in countries where I do not know the language. Been sandwiched between two grinding women in clubs and strip clubs as other men watch on. Danced with all the girls around the owners table at a fancy club over seas. I have women grinding on me most of the time I go out to the club. The best way to spend your time in a club is dancing with girls. It's a great technique that the community ignores. It will get that attention you are looking for. Go forth and dance!

This may or may not help, but have you ever tried playing Dance Central on Xbox360? I've found after playing these games I've learnt a lot about moving my body and making some shapes on the dance floor and the girls love it. I've also learnt to appreciate different music genres too. I understand though that many people's circumstances such as lifestyle and accommodating living space may not suit it but give it a go if these things are in your favour!

Dancing is awesome for picking up. The best thing about it, you don't even have to be any good! I've only just started dance floor game recently so I'm still ironing out the cracks, but it works great.

A mate of mine that can dance just said I should match hands, so I just move my hands and arms together with the music, I also lean back, chest out, smile and look like I'm having a great time. Then do what gambler says I do in his vids, as in force an IOI, dance near and slowly escalate.

I always dance like I'm king of the room and its getting some decent results for little effort.
