When I go out and pick up girls I always get asked how old I am just before the K close or after. I dress stylish, I have a bit of facial hair and I have a sexual presence around me that makes me come across as around 24..when ever I get asked my age I always joke around and say 39 turning 40 tomorrow your welcome to come to my 40th etc. but then I am honest with them and say 18.


Anyway last night my friend and I were doing out thing with two 23 year olds.. Just as things were escalating she asked me how old I was and I was honest.. You should have seen her face it was pretty funny she was so shocked! And then said I'm younger then her little brother ahhahah.


In the end I did hook up with her and number close but I felt as if my age is hindering me.. Should I just lie and say I'm 24? Or be honest

Of course be honest, but realize it's a hoop. Say "Guess" and when she does then you can tell her your age. Don't just give her anything because she asked for it(Even though age is not really a big deal). Never intentionally try to lie or hide anything from people generally either if they ask. It'll bite you in the ass.

Bro I go through that all the time. Im constantly asked how old I am when I go out by guys and girls a like. When they ask i tell them to guess. They always guess around 23 which hey im 20 so that fairly close. Then I shake my head and make them keep guessing till they get it. Once they do I elevate them and give them social proof by acknowledging the fact that they guessed correctly. generally they'll laugh and say something about my age. But I just laugh and say "Yea, too young to drink but old enough to know what im doing". The point isnt to brag, but to add humor to the situation so theyre no longer thinking about age
