DEFINITION OF CONFIDENCE
Confidence is perhaps the most attractive attribute to have.
But what is confidence exactly?
Confidence is the belief that whatever you are doing is awesome and you will succeed.

People who are confident are very relaxed, calm, and comfortable in whatever they do or say because they KNOW that whatever they are doing is correct and will bring them success.

People who aren't confident are nervous, hesitant, fidgety, and generally uncomfortable in a situation because they aren't sure if what they are doing in the situation is correct and they aren't sure if they will succeed.

WHY IS CONFIDENCE SO ATTRACTIVE?
Confidence comes from competence. If they sense that you are confident people will feel that you are competent.

SOCIAL CONFIDENCE
The belief that people like you and that you will succeed in becoming friends (or whatever it is) with them.

LIFE CONFIDENCE
The belief that you are doing awesome in your life right now and you will succeed in achieving your life goals.

All of those confidences all add up to one Confidence... SELF-CONFIDENCE. Confidence in being who you are, is the element that is most attractive.

If you take a closer look at this, it means that you have a HIGH SOCIAL STATUS. You are comfortable with your status in society.

Confidence when you look at it from a science stand point shows high status.... It's read in our aura, energy, body language, how we talk, etc. It's why one guy looks cool wearing one outfit and the other doesn't wearing the same outfit.

If you look at how a high status mate would have shown his status in caveman days it would have been largely related to simply how you carry yourself. Confidence is what we read instinctively, it represents status.
