I made this long ass descriptive post a few weeks ago:

To sum it up:

Started leaning game at 16...tried it for 4 years with little results

Had rosacea (acne + red face) during this time. Went on a crazy ass diet of just RAW fruits and vegetables to cure rosacea.

Rosacea cured in two months. During those two months I had the extreme results related to pua. I thought it was b/c I didn't have acne no more.

Went back to eating junk food b/c rosacea was cured. Rosacea never came back after eating junk food but I CHANGED. I became the same lame ass afc I was during the first 4 years of pua.

Learned that I was celiac and milk intolerant. Went back to crazy diet and I returned to be a great pua. I am still on the crazy diet today

Also learned most people (especially afcs) are celiac intolerance and it is rarely tested for.

So why am I rewriting the post?
Because my diet is way too hard or immoral for some people and I just leaned that you don't need to do it as hard as me.

TO TRY THE DIET:


AVOID:
  • ALL GLUTEN (anything made out of wheat, such as bread, pasta, noodles, etc)
    ALL DAIRY (Yogurt, cheese, milk, etc)
    ALL PROCESSED FOODS (90% contain either gluten of milk proteins, called casein)
    ALL LIQUOR ESPECIALLY BEER (beer is made out of wheat, you CAN drink bocardi 151 and Ciroc Vodka...don't bother with wine, most companies add wheat during the process. Also there are many other drinks which are gluten free but I only drink once a year so I don't know too much about them)
DO EAT:
  • Any kind of poultry (For taste: It's hard finding sauces that do not have wheat or milk in it, but almost all hot sauce is safe)
    Any kind of vegetables
    Any kind of fruit but go easy on them...Don't eat more than 5 a day
You will experience a "detox" period where you should feel bad, as in no energy, sex drive, intense cravings, headaches, etc. Usually last 7-10 days

After 10 days, you should feel amazing, after 1 month you will be the shit

This diet will cure any unnatural anxiety and most mild cases of autism/asperger/schizophrenia. It will make pua 90% easier...Nevertheless, you still need to learn about pua. THIS IS NOT THE MAGIC PILL FOR PUSSY...but it kind of is :D

If there's any kind of food you have no idea if it's safe for the diet, try googling it up first using:
  • "WHATEVER FOOD + gluten"

    and

    "WHATEVER FOOD + casein"

As far as I know rice is considered a save food for people that are gluten intolerant. So that makes it much easier for me, living in a country where rice is eaten a lot.

Thanks Lucky, will give this a shot. I kinda already know how rubbish sugar, wheat, milk is for me but...it's so tasty :(

On a side note; if anyone has any decent veggie smoothie recipes, let me know!

You need to eat a lot of meat though. Written pretty simple but good food I guess - you could add some beef and fish. To diet successfully you also need to eat at the same time every day. e.g. you're supposed to eat 6-8x a day so you will eat 6 am, 8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, 8 pm. You should plan out what time you're gonna eat to make any kind of diet more successful and preferably eating every 2 hours but also it's good to eat something 2 hours before you go to sleep.

Most vegan are never successful since they base their diet only on wheat and veggies.
If you are going to try to be a vegan, you should try not eating any wheat and instead switch it for starchy vegetables such as potatoes/carrots
That's what I do...but I take it one step further and only eat raw veggies and fruits

For anyone thinking about doing this I will give you my summarized experience on the diet:

1. I noticed a MASSIVE shift in behaviour/awareness, and in a positive way.
2. It's difficult, very difficult. It's easier if you have some kind of support system.
3. Pay attention to your body. 5 days into it I got dizzy at random times of the day...so i immediately stopped.
4. It's definitely worth doing.

You can eat the burger as long as you don't eat the bread
Yes you can eat meat
Yes you can eat pear, plum
Yes you can eat rice
READ THE POST MORE CAREFULLY NEXT TIME

And you can nuts, but most nuts have wheat added to them. I know that the Mr. Peanuts salted cashews are safe...
but i would stay out of eating nuts all together

This will lower fat, not lean muscle...so you might lose body weight from fat...not muscle

Hey lucky first off I completely have all the symptoms you mentioned :? and I'm gonna try the diet but I was just wondering whats wrong with casein? I avidly drink milk and while I am willing to give it up I'd like to keep drinking it if possibly. Thanks a lot for the information too

Keep in mind that it took me 4 years or research to actually come to the conclusion that milk/wheat are bad so it's really hard for me to just tell you why milk or wheat is bad in one sentence...

Just try this diet following every rule...and avoid wheat and milk is a must, just cant just do one of them...it won't work

If you're worry about calcium, every vegetables has calcium
If you use whey (milk) protein to bulk up, just eat more eggs, potatoes or buy hemp or rice protein

But think for a minute...
when you were born you drank you mothers milk for probably 6 months (i dont know the exact amount)
Then your mom stop producing milk because nature knows you dont need more milk
If you try drinking milk from your mom know, not only would it be disgunting, her body wont make milk
Now why the fuck are you going to keep drinking milk at your age? and not only that, you're going to drink it from a different specie?

Now that's more of a moral reason, but there is actually reason to not drink milk...but google it up and you will find what you are looking for

And for me, I found out that milk was the cause of my horrible acne, and wheat was the cause of my red face (rosacea)

I went into the original diet.... YES u did take long to repost all this new instructions... YES i suffered like hell.... YES i felt like almost fading... but... last saturday I went to the club with a bunch of ppl... and FOR FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE they said that I was very social... SO YES! Thank You! THANK YOU!

Really... and also lost about 12 pounds... which is really good for me cause i was very fat
and now im almost on my weight.... Ill stick to no rice since its helping a lot on my weight...
