Note: I recommend learning to read body language in here somewhere, if you can be the responsive guy the woman wants you'll be far better off and your skills with escalation will be phenomenal.
Fourth goal is to learn to be a sexual man, this should be part of your second goal as well. You need to learn to build sexual tension and escalate sexually.
The whole time you need to be out there approaching women and getting comfortable talking to women. No way to get over approach anxiety without actually getting shot down a few times and realizing how meaningless it actually is.
If you master all of these things this year you'll be very proficient with women but be sure to start with working on yourself (self-confidence and high self-esteem) as it is the foundation for natural game.
