went daygaming with a friend and his friend yesterday in town (one of the guys has been doing it for 8 years and said i had balls lol) they are a lot more experienced with this stuff than i am, i can open fine, its just the conversational part and closing that i struggle with, any tips?

Set low expectations and things will go good. The reason you're finding it hard to continue conversation and close is because your nervous. You think in the back of your head "maybe if I say this she will reject me" "maybe if i close her she will think I am weird". These are natural thoughts to have everyone has them at one point or the other. The secret to get rid of them is to set low expectations from the start and reinforce them until the end of the conversation. You do this by having the mindset of " I don't care if this fails and I am ok with it". When you have this kind of mindset it takes a lot of pressure of you because you don't think anymore of "what happens if she rejects me" because you actually even expect the possibility of the interaction dying.
