Ok long story short.

I work in a call center and Its 80% women, this is just a job whilst I do late night college. So most of these women are older than me one or two who arn't. I have a girlfriend so I am not looking for anything other than them to be attracted to me and want me. There is this one woman who is 5 years older than me I am 21, This woman is very attractive and we do talk etc... I am not a shy person I don't have trouble pulling women my age at all. It's older women I struggle to get them attracted to me. So I just want to know how do I attract older women at work or just Older women in general?

I am younger as well (23) and my experience with dealing with women older is two things that go hand in hand, life experience and maturity.. I feel like these are important with these women and they look for that.
