Certainly if you're talking to them it could be considered an IOI, if she's just talking past it should could be playing with her fair for any number of reasons. IOIs need to be considered in groups so as to get an accurate representation. If you're talking to a girl on a park bench in December and she has her arms folded, she may not be defensive. It's December she's probably freezing cold. If you take just that one indicator of the persons body language you could have completely missed a chance. Don't get me wrong, the small details are important. However, they need to be looked at in the context of the bigger picture.
