Hi,

Many people have been telling me that Meditation is a good way to improve your natural game?

However, I dont really understand how sitting down and focusing on your breath will help me to improve my natural game?

i hear it induces relaxation (an aplha trait), which in turn changes your body language ,from my own experience it dont get you to approuch in a club, and i find that this puts me an a passive state rather that a state of action.

I think in all this may just be a way of becoming more aware of the kind of thoughts you are having that you may not of been aware of before.

You aren't suppose to meditate at the club, or when you are out and about. You are suppose to meditate at home to relax the body. Before bed or when you wake up, but not when you go out.

You are correct that it is an alpha trait to be relaxed. Uptight people aren't "alpha" as it is put, but alpha is just confidence. Every "alpha" guy merely exudes confidence, that is all it is. An anxious person doesn't show "alpha" he shows negative emotions which aren't attractive, fear, anxiety, depression, etc.

The point of meditation is to make you more relaxed overall. So when you go out you have a clear mind, you aren't stressed a sign of a low status male is high stress levels. People tend to feed off each other's emotions, so if you are anxious you make people around you feel anxious. If you are relaxed, happy, and fun, people will be relaxed, happy, and fun, with all of that they will naturally like you.

Meditation is obviously good for lowering your overall stress level, so you show confidence when you walk around with a relaxed easy going "aura". I actually truly believe in meditation, it should be done not for your game, but for you. You should do it so you can make every day better, easier.

Keep in mind that everything you do for you, helps in natural game. Anything you give yourself helps you. A relaxed attitude is a great attribute especially in natural game, it truly brings on the attitude of being aloof. Everything you do for yourself to help you become better helps in natural game, because the core of natural game is inner game. Inner game is about your own personal happiness with who you are and everything you do to improve that who you are is an asset in natural game.

I suggest meditating everyday just for 5 minutes then move it up to 10, then before you know it you will be meditating longer and longer. To me it is worth it, I do it all the time, usually when I wake up, before I go to sleep, and if I have a day off through out the day. Reducing your stress levels is essential to being happy which is at the heart of confidence. It's also good for your health to reduce stress levels.

Baroque music , but you mind level to alpha , its good music for study time ,

and you can used it for put you mind level to alpha :wink:

does self-hypnosis is better? what do you guys think with hypnotherapy? is it more intense to tap your subconcious mind with it?

Meditation is a great way cultivate a relaxed mind; and as everyone has said, a relaxed calm you is an "alpha" you. poeticlyskuac hit the nail on the head but another great method akin to meditation is that of mindfulness.

Mindfulness is "bringing one’s complete attention to the present experience on a moment-to-moment basis" or involves "paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally". By doing this you can create a frame of mind that is incredibly powerful in attaining what you want.

You can practice mindfulness on your commute to work, on your walk to the shops or anywhere.
Basically just try and focus only on the present moment:
The sound your shoe makes as it touches the pavement.
The feel of your upper arm pressed against the side of your body.
The feel of your toes against each other.
The smell of whatever whatever.

e.g. Stop thinking about what you're gonna eat tonight!


In terms of pua:
If you practice mindfulness you won't be worrying about your approach and how she'll respond, you'll just approach.
You'll also appear to the girl to have an incredibly strong frame of mind - nothing sexier than being in the present.

The pua Sasha Daygame chats about the power of being in the present in terms of pua in one of his tip videos. He also recommends the book by Eckhart Tolle "The Power of Now" - I've just grabbed myself a copy and although i don't buy into any of the spiritual side of it, i'm looking forward to seeing what i can gain from it!

Asking why meditation can help you during the game is like asking why working out and doing some cardio will help you on tennis, basketball, or any other sport...

Meditation is like working out your focus skills, your relaxation skills, your awareness, you learn capacity to lower your brain frequency ( lower frequency = more creativity, so no problems with running out things to say, deal with obstacles, etc.)

So does it have a direct impact in your game? not really you'll get much better at tennis if you are in the tennis court hitting the balls, than if you are just in the gym. But the gym workout surely will help you at avoiding injuries, having better stamina, strength, etc. which indirectly will help your tennis get better.

There are a lot of benefits from meditation:

Stimulates your brain.

Enhances Creativity

Relieves stress

Keep you focused

Relieves acute social tensions

-Meaning it transforms your life in a greater level.

That being said, it will be good for your game.

You'll be more relaxed and confident to approach a female when you do regular meditation.
