i have just been thinking of my progression since i joined this site a few months ago and overall i have had my ups and downs. unfortunately most of the girls i hook up with are in the hb8 range and nothing higher. i then started to think about what was my most successful period in life where i felt the most confident with women and i came to the conclusion that it was my sophomore year of high school

. overall i was a shy kid but whenever i met a girl i really liked i had no problem getting involved with her in some way. my texting game was 10 times better than it is now and so was my sense of humor. i was more in sync when having conversations and very eaasily built attraction. towards the end of that year i got in a relationship that lasted 9 months and was utter hell for me. after that i lost it. i dont know what to say to girls to build attraction and when i try to remember what i used to do that was effective i cannot recall in detail. i am an attractuve guuy even my own guy friends tell me and i notice many ioi's from girls i just simply lack my mojo. its kind of embarassing because every male in my family is a player and i am not able to keep up. i let one bad relationship fuck my game up and now i dont know diddly shit about how to aproach and just attract women. looks are obviously not enough and i'd rather not let looks be my crutch anyway.

if anyone has experienced this and can give me advice it would be greatly appreciated as it will not only improve my game but also piece my life back together. thanks

maybe you just need a vacation...go on a trip, go to the beach, have fun, maybe by yourself, with your friends, leave everything for sometime... you may gain perspective and enough mojo from that vacation , so go ahead and engage in one. :)

You just need a confidence boost, take some time off. Start going to the gym lots, buy new clothes and hang out with your friends.
Take some time to reevaluate things and you will feel so much better. Hope this helps!

Mate these ups and downs are really, really normal. About 6 months ago I was on fire. Every time I talked to a girl it went amazingly. It seemed I could do nothing wrong. It didn't take long before this converted to me seeing three girls more regularly. For about 5 months I was seeing these three girls about once a week each. They were satisfying and occupying enough that I didn't really put any energy into meeting new girls.

Then a couple of weeks ago one of the girls got a boyfriend and we couldn't keep seeing each other anymore and another was going away pretty regularly and we aren't able to see each other as often. It's time to start refilling the roster... but man, I'm rusty. I've been going out more often and increasing the amount of time I spend meeting new girls but it's nothing is really sticking. I'm out of practice and it shows.

It's happened before and now I know it's just a matter of sticking to it, continuing to go out regularly and just appreciating that the effort I'm putting in now will start paying off nice and soon.. Keep on trucking!
