Hey all, 
Ive noticed a few times recently then when i've made direct eye contact with a woman she just stares at me, holding eye contact. Is this an IOI? It doesnt feel like it as it kinda feels like she's thinking "what are you staring at?!" Am i reading it wrong and this is in fact an IOI? 
Also, whats the best thing to do? I try to hold eye contact until she breaks it. Sometimes though it seems to be going for too long and I look away as it kinda feels a bit weird to be staring at someone that long! 
Grateful for any help on this as i'm really interested in this kinda stuff.

depends on the situation, but I would break eye contact then initiate again and holding the eye contact for more then 3 seconds to build sexual tension.

In my opinion if you see it as an IOI then go for the open, if you think its not then its not. In the end theres only one way to find out

I've heard that you should hold the eye contact and usually the girl will smile or break it. actually after I read this for the very first time...I tried It and it totally worked. It was like a kid learning his first magic trick for me. But id say give her about 2 seconds of eye contact...or right until it starts to get uncomfortable then give her the "gambler smile and wave" or if you can pull it off a wink (balls I wouldn't do that...if sober) or stick your tongue out playfully...still another thing i wouldnt do.

I always maintain eye contact for a few seconds and ten just give a smile if she doesn't do anything. But having eye contact normally is an IOI, it's one of the reasons why most people desperately wait until they have eye contact, because then the chance of getting rejected is smaller.

Winking is awesome at that point. It just shows you're totally zenlike cool yet very playfull and up for some serious gaming. When the girl winks back it's like hardcore on.

You remind me of an event happened to me this fast few weeks. One day when I was walking in a mall nearby in our place, I have an eye contact with a HB. We got eye contact, she initiated it. I don't care anyways. One week after, I saw her in the church, and we got an eye contact again. Damn she's pretty and hot (I sound like a total AFC, but in fact I am. I'm just new in the game). I didn't do anything, the AFC in me is still strong, I can't break from it (anyways, I'm working on overcoming it). Then after a few minutes, in a mall, I saw her again in the mall. We have an eye contact, but she broke it. I felt a total loser after not doing anything after that. Haiii.
