All part of our addiction to junk. Your body tells you you "need" a can of monster, or some cookies, or whatever it is. Course you don't really need it, it's just the cravings playing with you, giving you a list of excuses in order to get what it's addicted to.

@ Creepyguy,
For I read, only Day 04 counterd...

Also, is the ham that you bought already cooked? If so, check the ingredients
and do not try to eat too little. Try to aim for at least 15oo calories using meat/vegetables/potatoes/fruits...

but even with enough calories you should still feel hungry...or more a craving i should sya

I didn't get the monster can after all. I've realized that I haven't been eating enough calories, or maybe I burn em really fast. A couple days ago I got some chicken with a potato and after I ate the whole thing, I got a horrible stomach ache (guess I'm somehow disinfected already). I've been able to tell myself what I can't eat because you feel exhausted after you eat something out of the diet.

Question: I've been having energy issues.... I feel very energized but for short periods of time, after that I wanna eat again or at least drink some water. I'll have to detox again since a couple days ago I got some beer and it takes a couple of days to clean that.

no, I feel like I'm doing something wrong
is peach marmalade ok?

I'm not used to experience headaches (or rather noticeable ones) and rarely faint or feel dizzy (hot summers + low blood pressure is the only way) or feel tired even with all the studying I'm going through (12h/day) nothing too strange happens

today i ate rice + chicken + some stupid tasteless cracker made out of mais or rice idk
and salad

Hey Lucky, just wanted to let you know I got a blood test drawn today (in order for it to work I had to eat some bread for the past couple days :/). Also, I don't know if you have read "The Ultramind Solution", but its a great book that talks about nutrition impacts our health, mood, and brainpower. At one point he mentions that possibly the most significant thing you can gain from the book is learning you have a gluten allergy, though he does talk a lot about other allergies. All in all you should definitely check it out, lines up with a lot of the stuff you are saying.
