The logic seems sound, but I think this could be a red herring.

The point is, if you stay at home fapping, your likelihood of getting laid is not reduced, it is ZERO.

Whereas if you're out sarging instead, of course you're more likely to get numbers and k-close when compared to sitting at home fapping!

DUH!

Having said this, I want to try this as an experiment to see how long I can last. And to all those who are worried about premature explosions when you get laid, just use a condom to de-sensitise!

p.s. You should be using a condom as a matter of course anyway! Stop spreading AIDS, you cock demons!

When I saw this thread and checked out the links it solidified my theory on this for awhile. I stopped jacking off 15 days ago and I do feel absolutely incredible. I have so much more energy, I am amazingly confident, and I am relaxed and feel in control of my entire life. I can honestly say I feel like my best self right now. Not to mention that I feel like I could run through a brick wall. I definitely have that fight ready to go if needed.

I recommend this to all.

glad this thread has kicked off man helping out other PUA's :)

just for some info..

I have tried 7 day cycles
14 day cycles
1 month cycles

every time I finished a cycle I felt like shit for at least 3-5 days
edging does seems to decrease horniness and confidence but not as much as ejaculating but I definitely feel better without touching it at all

alcohol and late nights seem to reduce the effects..

while eating healthy, getting plenty of sleep and smashing the gym increases the effects..

I done a pretty mad bulk up last year so I am going to do the same again this winter and see how it goes. Still go out and drink less alcohol (eventually reduce it to zero alcohol). Focus on day game and eating healthy/training whilst on a constant NO fap. (no fapping until i get sex) will let you's know how it goes..

I did a week without, fapped, and after 3 days my balls started to hurt. It's because I'm a regular fapper (lol) and well, it's actually called Blue Balls (for all I know). It's bad if your balls hurt, so fap when they do.

So, if I had sex with 6 different women for 6 nights in a row, when I went out on the 7th night, I would be less likely to pick a girl up than if I hadn't had sex for the last 6 days? That's what you're all saying right? Because obviously if I was having sex with a woman, my body would be going through the exact same hormonal changes etc. etc. as it would be if I was masturbating.

Was wondering about this also.
The way I understood it, sex increases testosterone levels (girls can definitely feel if you've been having a lot of sex lately) but fapping decreases it? Is there any biological proof of this?

EDIT: On Day 6 at this moment. Let's see what happens on the famous day 7... :)

this is one of those things in the community where there may be a kernel of truth in it, but it doesn't fucking matter to the big picture. Don't waste your time focusing on this shit and go out and actually pick up girls.

This gives people excuses "I can't talk to her, I wanked yesterday."
Nonsense. Want to get better with girls, go talk to them and make your life better. If wanking makes you happy, do it, because happy people are the best to talk to.

I noticed a change in senses (smells, vision, perception of reality overally) after I went on the testosterone diet (includes no-fap) which lets me enjoy life without really having to have sex that often. I'm happier with the testosterone diet (except I had hormonal and stress issues for a while).

This is my 7th day in so far, and I gotta admit, havent noticed any drastic changes, I have more energy, and i notice I can hold conversations longer, at the beach yesterday did notice a couple girls checking me out, apart from that not too much, this is my 7 day dairy..


Day 1 - nothing
Day 2 - nothing
Day 3 - Hoirner/ good mood/ feeling better about myself
Day 4 - tired,able to hold eye contact
Day 5 -More energy, holding great conversations, more lively
Day 6 Lots of energy, hit the gym hard and a lot more lively, horny as hell at night

Although I was only once a day fapper, I'll continue this for another 2 weeks to see if I notice anything else

No, no biological proof whatsoever. My question wasn't particularly one I wanted an answer to, as I already knew it. I was just wondering if any of these people who praise the benefits of not fapping had thought it through. Someone above mentions feeling like crap for 3-5 days after a 'cycle' of not fapping. So, presumably, if they had gone a month without masturbating and then got laid, they would have felt like crap for 3-5 days as well, given that you would have been ejaculating the exact same stuff out of your body regardless of whether it was via a girl or your hand?

In which case, it rather begs the question of what is the point in not masturbating to feel better in order to pull more women, only to then feel like shit for 3-5 days after pulling a woman, and having to wait another week until you get back to that level. That means you can have sex with a woman once a fortnight or so?!

So obviously those people having sex more than once a fortnight are feeling like crap constantly and aren't as good at picking up women as those who are only getting sex twice a month, according to the anti-fappers on here.

Either that, or it's actually nothing to do with the biological elements involved whatsoever, and it's all mental; if someone tells you you'll feel better after not masturbating for a month, you trick yourself into actually feeling better after not masturbating for a month. Very similar to the placebo affect.
