Look at Russells brands interviews on youtube, he uses this style of language.
The kind of charming eccentric gentleman. It would probably take quite a lot of practice to be able verbally joust like this, but it would be wicked to do so.
I think you may benefit from shifting your focus to simply becoming very witty, funny and charming. And using a large vocabulary. Again, it will take a lot of practice, embarrassment and failure to achieve this. But a worthwhile pursuit.
Essentially your talking about a high level of verbal game.

"Greetings fair maiden, how art thou upon this fine evening?"
Unfortunately wit, humour and charm isn't really appreciated by most, but there are a few diamonds in the rough (especially those aged above 22 and still single which is rare to find where I live). _________________ Flowmentum Dating | FB

But don't talk in Shakespeare language (literally).
DO spell things well.
DO be "poetic."
DO be "dark."
DO be "out there."
Blend the INTENTION of Shakespeare (the analytical aspect the intensity, but not the specific "format").
When you text, write words out like "you." Use punctuation. _________________ I'm a girl.
