So i was with a couple friends of mine at a restaurant and told them that i was into Pick-Up. Long story short they wanted me to approach this girl that looked like she was between 18-19 and talk to her.

I didn't get the chance due to her leaving but that is beside the point, than my friends came in and said "She was attracted to you because when she was waiting for her friend she was leaning against the wall facing you instead of waiting somewhere else, therefore that opened her up for you to approach.

So my question here is is that the case and do girls demonstrate body language subconsciously that display interest or is it really not that big of a deal? If so, I really need to pay attention next time.
